My name is Joni and thanks so much for visiting my blog. I have had a passion (obsession) for reading ever since I was old enough to. I have been a registered nurse for 29 years and I have two children (23 & 17) who share my love of reading. 

I also have 3 kitty fur-babies...

Lil' Bobbi (my grumpy 3-legged cat),

Wildie Mae (named after my 91 year old grandma),

 Dopey (who's nickname is OH MY GOODNESS!)

You will see a lot of pictures on Instagram and Facebook with these three because if I'm reading they are with me.

I have an obsession with everything crime which includes what I read and what I watch on TV. My favorite TV shows are: anything on Investigation Discovery channel (24/7 true crime), Law & Order SVU, Criminal Minds, The Walking Dead, and Fear the Walking Dead.

I love reviewing books and participating in blog tours. I am pretty excited to have been chosen to be a reviewer for The Library Journal. I read several different genres: fantasy, science fiction, thriller, mystery, suspense, true crime, horror, and historical fiction.
